Returns  

In the unlikely event you are not happy with your purchase, we will gladly return or exchange your purchase within 15 days of receipt. Please contact us immediately to receive a return authorization.    Once your unworn item in original condition, tags still attached items are received back to us, a refund will be issued to original method of payment. Return policy applies to web orders only. In store purchase policies may differ.

• Please contact us within 15 days of receipt for a return authorization number. Returns may not be accepted without prior authorization.
• Item returned must be in perfect unworn condition with original tags & labels still attached.
• Shoes must be returned in original condition with no sign of wear. Determining fit should not incur any damage or wear to the product.
• We will not accept returns for exchange if item has been worn, soiled, damaged, or compromised in any way. Please exercise caution when trying on your item.
• Carefully package up your item, place appropriate amount of shipping on your return package and return using a reliable, traceable and insured method.  Refunds or credit for shipping is not possible at this time.
