Returns  
In the unlikely event you are not happy with your purchase, we will gladly return or exchange within 15 days of receipt. Please contact us immediately to receive a return authorization code.   Once we have received your item in original condition and tags attached, a refund will be issued to original method of payment. Return policy applies to web orders only.

In store purchase policies differ.  Please refer to your in-store receipt and exchange policies located throughout the store.

All discounted items are Final Sale and non returnable/refundable.

To Return an item;

• RETURN AUTHORIZATION is required before returning an item within 15 days of receipt.
• Please contact us at info@accessoryappeal.com or 503.472.5856 for an authorization number within 30 days of delivery. 
• It's important we receive your return in perfect unworn condition with all tags & labels attached in original box.
• Shoes must be returned in original condition with no sign of wear.
• Determining fit should not incur any damage or wear to the product.
• Please exercise caution when trying on your item.
• Carefully package up your item.
• Place appropriate amount of shipping on your return package and return using a reliable, traceable and insured method.
• Please note the tracking number for your records.
• Refunds or credit for shipping is not possible.
